Ken is experienced in HR management consulting projects and recruiting senior executives for high technology (IT/Telecom/Internet), financial services and media industries in the Greater China region. He has successfully handled a number of executive search projects for many multinational companies.

Ken has also delivered many HR Management and recruitment-related training courses to the HR and executive search communities and conducted career counseling and coaching to professionals from various industries.
