| 1st - 2nd Week: |
Intensive sourcing and developing a suitable short list. |
| 3rd Week: |
Interviewing potential candidates. We will refine the list of prospective candidates and present you the final selected candidates. We will target to present 3-4 short-listed candidates for each of the positions. |
| 4th & 5th Week: |
Final candidates being interviewed by key decision makers and hiring Managers. Final schedules will obviously depend on the logistics and availability of hiring managers for interviews. |
| 5th & 6 th Week: |
Once the finalists are selected, they will be subjected to a thorough reference check. Afterwards, the negotiations on the employment offer and benefits will begin. |
