It is our pledge to always execute searches in a swift and timely manner. Our normal lead-time for searches is shown as below and at clientĄ¯s request and instruction, we are obviously prepared and able to expedite the process to meet specific timetable.

Day 1: Confirmation to go ahead with the project.
1st - 2nd Week: Intensive sourcing and developing a suitable short list.
3rd Week: Interviewing potential candidates. We will refine the list of prospective candidates and present you the final selected candidates. We will target to present 3-4 short-listed candidates for each of the positions.
4th & 5th Week: Final candidates being interviewed by key decision makers and hiring Managers. Final schedules will obviously depend on the logistics and availability of hiring managers for interviews.
5th & 6 th Week: Once the finalists are selected, they will be subjected to a thorough reference check. Afterwards, the negotiations on the employment offer and benefits will begin.
