Key steps of our search process :
1. We will appoint one experienced Consultant to be the project leader
and focal contact with the clients immediately. At the same time
we¨ll form a project team with Consultants and Researchers
quickly.
2. Finalize the precise job specifications, responsibilities and
qualifications of individuals to be considered and agree with the
clients on the terms of employment, including compensation and
benefit package. All of these will be used in discussions with
potential candidates.
2. Develop a list of prospective sources and candidates who appear to
match the clients requirements. We will use our research facilities
throughout our network to create a name list. Ongoing discussions
and reviews with the clients will take place during this process.
3. Conduct extensive discussions and interviews with relevant
individuals to improve and refine the list of prospective candidates.
Following interviews with potential candidates, in which we will
determine their relevant qualifications and levels of interest, we will
develop a short list of those who appear best qualified.
4. Hold periodic review sessions with the clients to discuss
prospective candidates who appear to be best qualified. We will
then prepare detailed written reports describing both professional
background and our assessment of the candidates' suitability (i.e.
strengths and weaknesses) for the position.
5. After the clients have reviewed the candidate reports, we will
arrange for the clients to meet the candidates at a location at the
clients¨ convenience.
6. When the clients have selected a candidate whom the clients
consider to be the most suitable, we will conduct reference
checking and work with the clients to negotiate an acceptable offer.
We recommend that offers be made subject to the receipt of
satisfactory references from past employers, co-workers,
customers or others who know him/her well.
7. Ensure the successful candidate onboard the client company on
time.
8. Keep close contact with the successful candidate to ensure he/she
adapts the new work environment and be successful in the client
company.
